I had a wonderful experience with my water softener and my tankless installations. Both Vince and Steve did an amazing job, left all clean. Vince was amazing at checking that no air bubbles were in my water system, that my gas fireplace was working perfectly and that the new and old gasline were perfectly sealed and not leaking. I feel confident that the installation was an amazing success and that I am safe in my house. I also liked the fact that Vince pointed out how to operate shut off valves or see for unexpected water leakes. Great job also to Shawn for his patience with my billion questions and also for explaining everything so well. Great experience!

I took advantage of a promotion through Costco. Technicians from A1 Chesney recently replaced my two aging Lennox Pulse furnaces with a single EL296V model. The entire experience was flawless; from the initial survey and quote by Peter, to the onsite inspection by Phil, to the installation by the 4 man team led by Riley. The installation crew completed the job in 6 hours (without a break), including calling in a subcontractor to core the basement wall. The result was a very neat installation with no mess left behind. A follow up visit by Peter was very much appreciated. The new furnace is working perfectly and I'm feeling confident about facing the heating season. Would recommend the Chesney/Costco/Lennox to anyone contemplating a similar furnace upgrade. 14-Sep-2026 We had regular furnace tune-up and inspection by technician Cor . He arrived well within the scheduled window and got to work promptly. After completing the job he clearly explained the work done and the condition of our furnace. Before leaving, Cor briefly described the buy back and maintenance option for the existing furnace which makes a lot of sense to me. He also contacted the schedular to set up an appointment with a sales rep to go through the details and agreement.

Had annual maintenance visit for A/C unit by Ryder who did an excellent and professional job. Everything from reminder to make appointment to Ryder completing job went smoothly. There must have been a miscommunication last time when I made an appointment but this 2nd time all went well. Thanks Ryder!!
