Evan came today to install our Ecobee thermostat. The first thing he did was out in shoe covers. He worked very efficiently. I appreciated that he confirmed things like placement a d whether or not to install the base plate (optional). On an other note, last time he was here he repaired our humidifier. It was a simple fix that I should have thought of, and he was courteous about it, and I didn’t feel like I had lost my marbles because he handled it so well.

Amazing local service. From the initial call right to completion, everyone that I dealt with was amazing. Sales, office and installation. The installation work was of the highest quality. No corners cut. Amazing experience overall. Can’t recommend them enough.

I booked an appointment to have someone come out and give me an estimate on repairing my air conditioner. I gave my address which included a unit #, access to the building and elevator code. When the technician arrived he asked where the unit was and I told him it was in the ceiling. He did not bring a ladder so I let him use mine. That is when he told me they do not do repairs in condos. He sent a message to the office and was told no and to leave. I guess giving a unit # and elevator code wasn't a big enough clue that I live in a condominium. What a waste of my time.

First, they replaced my furnace 8 years ago and they come yearly to clean and service it. Awesome service. Then they installed an ac unit. Same service, same professionalism. Excellent to deal with. This week Cor came over to do the yearly inspection and was awesome. He noticed our hot water tank was pretty old so we booked a sales guy to pop over and have a look. He came the same day. We had questions for him that he answered excellently. We bought a new tank and theyre installing it shortly. Then we also had a humidifier issue and they sent another feller (Rob) over to check it all out. Turns out everything was fine just the outside humidity was so high, ours didn't turn on. Excellent service. Very impressed with this company. Great techs and great service. Thanks Enercare!!
